This product contains materials for the completion of a Cognitive Screening and Functional Assessment OSCE.   2. Demonstrate the use of the Get-Up and Go Test on a patient who has fallen
  3. Develop a preliminary management plan for a patient with gait abnormalities and cognitive impairment
