Abstract:
This is a pocket card designed to be used by surgical residents in the care of older adults in the inpatient and ambulatory setting. The card contains common geriatrics assessment and clinical care tools.

Educational objectives:
- To provide surgical residents with common tools to evaluate cognitive and functional status, identify delirium and assess the need for Foley catheter use in the older surgical patient.
