Abstract: 

This is a structured clinical evaluation exercise (Mini-CEX) designed to observe and give feedback to a resident or fellow performing a multi-factorial fall risk assessment in the outpatient setting.

Educational objectives: 

The objective is to give structured feedback to a trainee doing a a multi-factorial fall risk assessment based on the 2010 updated AGS/BGS clinical practice guideline for prevention of falls.
