Abstract: 

This is a clinical assessment which was developed to test residents' skills in providing efficient and timely discharge plans.

Educational objectives: 
  1. Re-identifies the basic processes to follow for a successful discharge plan,
  2. Reinforces the value of tasks the residents completed in order to provide an efficient and timely discharge, and
  3. Identifies for the instructor concepts the resident may need to review.
