Abstract: 

In a January 2009 Article in "GERIATRICS" entitled, "In harm’s way: Moving the older trauma patient toward a better outcome," Campbell, DeGolia, Fallon, & Rader included the tables that are presented here as pocket card guides on how medication affects the older patient, especially in trauma situations.
