The 2015 Donald W. Reynolds Foundation Grantee Annual Meeting is opening its doors to a limited number of physicians from non-Reynolds Foundation sponsored schools. The meeting is funded by the Donald W. Reynolds Foundation, through its Geriatrics Education Coordinating Center grant, and organized by the Association of Directors of Geriatrics Academic Programs (ADGAP) and the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. The annual meeting spans 2 ½ days and is geared towards all levels of clinician educators in geriatrics and attracts thought leaders within the field. Reynolds grantees have cultivated a collaborative atmosphere that promotes exchange of strategies to enhance geriatrics training, introduces advances in medical education, launches new geriatrics initiatives that catalyze moving the care of older adults into the mainstream of medical training. Physicians at all levels of experience, from novice to experts in the field of geriatrics, are welcome to apply. The application submission deadline has been extended. Space is limited. Applications will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Conference Location and Date:
The conference will begin on Wednesday, October 14, at 7:00 AM and will end on Friday, October 16, at 10:30AM at the Chase Park Plaza, 212 N Kingshighway Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63108.
Applicant must be a:
- Physician (MD or DO degree).
- Clinician-educator involved in teaching of medical students, residents, or fellows.
- Faculty at a U.S. medical school or teaching hospital, not funded by the Donald W. Reynolds grant.
