Abstract: 

Case based website discussing pharmacodynamic and pharmacokinetic changes with aging as well as adverse drug reactions and potentially inappropriate medications in older adults.

Educational objectives: 

Basic information about physiologic changing with aging that affects drug prescribing. Learners should be able to identify potential medication side effects and describe safe and effective dosing strategies for older adults.
