Update From 2016 Reynolds Foundation Grantee Annual MeetingPOGOe lives on! Following the October Reynolds meeting we received a number of questions regarding POGOe and web-GEMs. So we want to make clear the future of both. POGOe site Starting in mid-2017, the POGOe website will be hosted and maintained by the AGS and materials will be available for free for the foreseeable future. Changes on POGOe are currently in the works to improve navigation and enhance the user experience, but you will still be able to enjoy access to the POGOe educational material that you know and love. For more information please reach out to Elvy Ickowicz. Web-GEMs Web- GEMs geriatrics teaching modules will continue to be hosted and available for access through POGOe until July, 2017. Starting in July 2017, the web-GEMS modules will be moved to Med-U. If your institution created web-GEMs assignments before September 2016, you will be “grandfathered” into web-GEMs on Med-U and will have free access to web-GEMs through June, 2018. If your institution was not grandfathered in, Med-U will begin to charge a fee to use web-GEMs commencing in July 2017. More information on that pricing will be available soon. In the meanwhile, if you have any questions about this transition please reach out to Elvy Ickowicz. Plenary slides, meeting agenda, virtual goodybag from the 2016 Reynolds Meeting can be accessed here. |
